Dell Computers - In three years after expanding its employee campaign, employee participation increased from 10% to 45%. Total giving increased from:

$220,000 to $2.7 Million

National Instruments - Employee gifts skyrocketed 400% the year the employee-giving program was expanded. The program doubled again the following year.

Union Texas Petroleum had a very high participation rate of 91%. Adding Earth Share of Texas to the campaign resulted in an even higher participation rate! Over 94% of employees pledged donations!
